We know that there can be many doubts before you leave. That is why we have collected here the answers to the questions our guests ask us most often: from proximity to the sea to services for your four-legged friends. If you have any other curiosities, don't hesitate to contact us!

ARRIVAL AND LOCATION

Yes, we are very convenient for those travelling by train: the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the Gatteo a Mare train station.
The beach and our affiliated bathing establishments are about 300 metres from the hotel, a pleasant stroll through the shops of Villamarina.
We are located in the heart of Villamarina, a lively locality full of clubs, restaurants and shops for shopping. There are also pharmacies and tobacconists in the area, while a large supermarket for all your needs is just a 10-minute drive away.
Of course. Within a radius of about 18 km you can reach all the most famous theme parks of the Romagna Riviera, such as Mirabilandia or Italia in Miniatura.

BOOKING AND STAY

Yes, to definitively confirm room availability we require a deposit of €150
In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded, but we offer the possibility of recovering the amount for another stay within the current calendar year.
In the event of early departure, a cancellation fee of half the room rate per 3-day stay will be charged.
Rooms are delivered between 11:00 and 12:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am.
Yes, we guarantee maximum freedom. On your arrival we will explain to you how to return home safely and independently, even during the night.
The entire living area and the reception area are located on the ground floor and have no steps; we have also set up special slides to facilitate entry into the facility.
No, the tourist tax is an external contribution: the amount is € 1.50 per day per person aged 14 years and over, applied only for the first 7 days of stay.

SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES

Yes, beach service is always included for all guests who choose the All-Inclusive treatment.
The Hotel Brasilia is perfect for families: there is entertainment for about an hour and a half both after lunch and after dinner, for the enjoyment of the little ones and the relaxation of the parents.
Yes, we have two solutions: a car park located right next to the hotel and a second car park just a two-minute walk away. Both are gated for your security.
Of course! Your pets are welcome. There is a one-off surcharge of € 30 for the final cleaning of the room. In addition, your little friends can keep you company during meals on our veranda.
Yes, we provide free bicycles (reservation required) for your city tours and have luggage storage for those who want to enjoy a few more hours at the beach after checking out.
The hotel does not have a swimming pool, but has a convenient lift to reach the rooms.

ROOMS AND CATERING

All our rooms have a balcony and air conditioning (included in the price). Being 300 metres from the coast, the hotel does not have any rooms with a sea view. We also point out that there is no minibar in the room.
Breakfast is served from 7:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., lunch at 12:30 p.m. and dinner at 7:30 p.m. Our dining room is fully air-conditioned to ensure your comfort even on the hottest days.
Yes, we pay a lot of attention to your needs. We offer vegetarian and vegan dishes and, for those with coeliac disease, we have a full set of breakfast items and gluten-free pasta. We are always available for variations related to food allergies.
Yes, in order to cater for the needs of the youngest children, it is possible to bring forward the time of the meal by reservation.
Of course! If you decide to spend the day outside or go on an excursion, we can prepare a handy packed lunch for you.
